The bouquet that arrived was not what I ordered. I ordered that specific bouquet for the colour scheme. When I highlighted to their customer service they gave the reason “we have stated in our website that the colours may vary if we don’t have stock”. I understand that stock changes, but what is the purpose of us customers providing our contact details? Is it very difficult to contact the customer there is a change in the final look of the bouquet? I made the order 2-3 weeks before the delivery date. It gives them ample of time to reach out instead of giving me a surprise on the day itself. The customer support staff said they will get back to me on this issue. It has been almost one month and I have not gotten any response. This is my first purchase after I heard about them from my friends who gifted me a bouquet from them. It is such a disappointment after hearing good things from my friends and this is the service I got from a company that presents itself as “prestige” and “luxurious”. Please improve your customer service.
