How can I place my orders?

  1. Find your favorite bouquet or flower stand on product page.
  2. Add the quantity of the bouquet to your cart.
  3. Open the cart. Here you may tell us when to deliver your bouquet, type a personal message, and tell us what we should write as the sender name.
  4. Proceed to checkout. Provide us with your email address, the recipients address and contact details.
  5. Pick you shipping and payment method.
  6. Note that for bank transfer payments, we will only fulfill you order after payment has been received by us. Please send us a screenshot as payment proof to florismdeart@gmail.com
  7. Once we received your payment, the order will be proceed as soon as possible.

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

Yes, our customer service will be able to process your order over the phone or by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry, any paid order are not able to cancel non-refundable, but you could postpone your order for future in one month validity.

Where can I write my message with the bouquet?

You can write down your special message during the payment method process.

Can you attach my own greeting card with message to my bouquet?

Yes for sure, you can mail or bring in your own greeting card to our shop, then we will attach the given card to the bouquet for you.

Can I request for a specific delivery time?

We really are not able to promise the delivery of a flower at a specific time as our riders follow the most efficient route  to ensure the freshness of the flowers which are to be delivered that day. This allows us to keep our flowers affordable and delivery prices down.

How do I know when my flowers have been delivered?

You will be notified of the delivery of your flowers via an email notification sent by our team. Meanwhile, to check on the delivery status of your bunch, please drop us an email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

What happen if my flowers undelivered?

It could be an incomplete address or being told that there is no such person at the given address, and when we have tried and are unable to get in touch with either recipient or sender to confirm the delivery details. Therefore the delivery will be stopped and the flowers then considered undelivered. But don’t worry. Instances of undelivered flowers are rare.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An email confirming your order will be sent to you at the email address provided to us. As this is an automatically generated email do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

If you need a message, address or delivery date changed, do drop us an email at florismdeart@gmail.com. Depending on the status of your order, we will confirm with you whether the change may be made. As we operate on a fast turnaround time, we really do need 24 hours notice to make changes to an order, so please do get in touch with us as soon as you need a change to be made.

What if i have forgotten my login name and password?

Please select ‘Log in‘ and then click ‘Forgot your password?’. Please enter your email address, you will receive a link to create a new password via email. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.
